I am Renuka, working as overalp tailor in company from 5-6 years. We are almost 30 people working in company. I get Rs.300 per shift. I get 2 tea breaks and get extra money for Over time. I get weekly wages. Since i work in local company i am not getting PF.
I am Mangathal. I am a cooley worker. Daily i get Rs.250. I get wages once in 4 days. During corona i got help from Govt an Vizhithugal. Due to corona i am unable to go to work. My husband is not able to go to work because of no bus facility.
I am at home. My daughter goes to anganwadi. Due to corona she is not able to go to anganwadi. Anganwasdi teacher helped by giving rice, lentils, egg, health mix. Monthly she comes and gives the provisions. They are also giving health mix to pregnant women. I request everyone to take care of kids and give healthy food.
I am Jaya from Ekalkoilmedu. I am working in 100 days work scheme. I work from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. In work place we are maintaining social distancing and wearing mask. There is no company work for company workers. Only 100 days work and farm work is available. I request everyone to wash hands, wear mask.
I am Vinodhini. I was working in Tirupur export company But now I am at home. Now i am not able to go to work because its a different dist. And there is no bus facility too. There are almost 300 to 400 workers in our company. I work as helper. I get Rs.280 per day. Week full i will have work. My salary gets credited in my bank account every week. PF is being deducted. For OT they will give as diwali bonus. They have all the facilities.

All unorganised ageing between 18 to 60 can join welfare and register in it. How to register in Welfare board? To register in Welfare board get certificate from Govt registered construction union, or Govt organisation involved in construction work, or from registered union. Including physical workers union, if you want to register 15 welfare boards then get certificate from Labor Assistant Analyst or from Assistant Director of Health Department. Union incharges should stamp union registration number and address in your application. Documents need to be submitted are copy of school or college certificate, copy of driving license, copy of your ration card, copy of age certificate which you got it from Govt doctors, Your Saving bank account number in nationalized banks, 4 passport size photos. If you submit all these in your dist labour office, it will be verified and you will be given welfare board card.
