You can share about the problems you face in your company. I am a construction worker. People go for company work and farm work. Vidhya: Have you heard about ICC LCC? Sumathi: No I havent Vidhya: This committee is formed in the workplace where more than 10 workers are working. Problem related to women can be shared in that committee. In Company there is a committee called ICC. LCC is for unorganised workers who work in company which has 10 workers. If you have any issues you can register your issues there.
I am Amala. I heard Ponnusamy sir explaining about ICC and LCC. How to form ICC and LCC. It was very useful for me. All villagers should be given awareness about it.
