In English there are so many words for human trafficking, kidnapping, child lifting, abduction, smuggling and trafficking. Client: Everything has different meanings!! VM: Not only meanings it says about different types of trafficking. Client: Please explain it. sir. VM: Ok. As per Section 359 in The Indian Penal Code, it divided kidnapping into 2 categories. One is kidnapping from India, and another one in kidnapping from lawful guardianship. Client: Lawful guardianship means police. Oh!! They kidnap from Police??? VM: Police makes sure that no one violates the law. So they are defenders of law. Lawful guardianship means biological parents, or guardian under whose supervision the person is. They are lawful guardianship. Client: Ok ok. Next tell me what is Kidnapping.
