Village panchayaths should do these works. Where to implement how to do this giving all such suggestions the duty of every villager. Selecting proper beneficiaries for such schemes is also gram sabha. So we citizens should take part in gram sabha and help in the development of our village. Gram sabha happens 4 times in a year. So it is said that treat it as you are going to temple. And take part in your villages gram sabha. Schemes give n by Govt to your village will be told in gram sabha. There they implement it. So taking part in gram sabha is everyone's responsibility. Narrator: Your interview makes me think of an elephant which is begging without knowing its power. People without knowing the power of gram sabha, they are being quiet by knowing just a bit about it. Thank you sir. Even tomorrow Nallurvattam Kaliappan's interview continues.
