First start with their favourite food, movie or game. Later talk to them about their friends. Talk to them friendly what do they watch on TV, mobile and what are they learning from it. At last you need to come to an agreement with kids regarding using the cell phone. Client: Agreement? VM: Yes!! Deal. If you use cell phone and net to learn something new, we will not scold you. But if you are going to be with cell phone always watching video and games I will not give you the phone. You should tell it strictly. Client: Ok Sir. You please give some ideas so that they can be busy. VM: Jut like school time table prepare a house time table along with them. Client: What? house time table? VM: Yes!! What to do and when to do. Rathe than giving a household work as just like another just give it like a challenge. make it as a game. They will do it. Then telling story, drawing, making diys, give a theme and conduct fancy dress competition, join 2-3 kids and asking to act a story, like this you can give a platform for your kids talent. Main thing is dont force them for anything. Whether its game or study, dont tell it as order. Kids take it as advice and they wont like it. So it can be anything, give the decision to kids.
