From June 19th, online registration for unorganised workers from the place they live has been made. From July 20th id cards are given. Union membership fees and online registration fees varies from the place where you live in. Documents required are voter ID or license, caste certificate, ration card, bank account number, xerox copy of bank passbook's first page, adhar card, photo of the worker, signature, work certificate, all these document along with the registered phone number

I am Adv. George Marks from TLRF. In Adi tamilar union our members approached with many cases. Among those cases we are nearing victory in 2 cases. In Thirumangalam taluk 2 acre land which was allotted by Govt for Arundatis were not able to occupy it even after 12 years. We have filed writ petition in Chennai High court Madurai branch. Madurai court passed order to Thirumangalam Tahsildar to survey land within 12 weeks of time. This is a happy news. In the same way Kannan who was working in a factory Thirmangalam, his factory management was not giving his PF. We have filled case in dist legal aid. The one who investigated the case said that denying the PF is a crime. The judge of Madurai Dist legal aid condemned this act and questioned who gave you the authority to deny PF. Grievance: I am Kannan from Nedukulam, Kallikudi, Madurai. I have worked as keeper in Thirumangalam Tara mill for 11 years. Please help me in getting my PF money. Reply: I am Ponnusamy from TLRF. Regrading getting PF for the work done for 11 years, with the help of Adv. George Marx on October 1st and October 15th investigation was done in free legal aid. And order has been passed to give full money on 28th of this month.

Question: I am Nandini from Vadavalli village. I am working in a company. Recently PF is deducted for me. In future to get PF without any issue what all document should i keep. and how can I submit it. Answer: To help the workers who are working in India during their retirement Provident fund scheme was introduced. Under this scheme the amount saved by a worker under PF scheme and monthly PF amount is given. to apply PF, you need UAN number, and registered mobile number which has been used to activate it should be functioning. Also adhar and PAN number should be linked with it.

I am Pechiyammal. My father's name is Kannanu. After 11years we will get the PF. After the discussion of Adi tamilar union for 2-3 times the company has agreed to give PF money through court. Thank you
