I am Maganam from Serapattu. Its been 4 years that we have started women's group. Till now we have not received any loan. How to get loan.
In this corona period, unorganised women have become the victim of financial crisis. State and Central Govt's have announced that there is no need to repay loan taken in women self help groups till June. But nun loan groups are asking to repay the loan in banks. RBI has told that there is no need to pay Housing loan, personal loan and all loans paid by an individual for 3 months. You can talk t concerned bank and ask to give that facility. Even after that if they are asking for loan repayment, you can file complaint in bank grievance redressal unit.
I am Sofia from Kosavapatti. We got loan from women's committee. They gave only Rs.47500 to us from our loan amount. They didnt give us remaining Rs.2500. Without knowing much about it, we were all confused. We called TTCU and asked them. They gave us the information. Thanks to TTCU for making us understand.

To improve the livelihood of members of women's group many schemes are being implemented. Within 3 months of starting the group, for its proper maintenance Incentive fund is given. This fund can be used for the maintenance, functioning of group and to lend money to members. More than 75% of groups are considered as eligible to get loan from bank. For that PL member can be approached directly.
