All 4 unions namely, Semmalar union, Ambedkar union, Kodaimalai union, Adi tamilar union are insisting on implementing ICC and LCC for the safety and welfare of women workers and we are conducting signature campaign. I am Sneha from Kotthayam. If ICC and LCC are formed women can share the problems they undergo. Especially women are becoming the victims of sexual assault in workplace. Women are not able to share it outside.
