I am Vasantha from Ottanchathiram. To register in labour union i have filled 30 application and got sign from VAO. We have got the signature after canceling farmers card. We thought of going to register once the buses starts plying. Now lock down is extended. When can we go and register. Even in collector office they are not accepting the applications. If it exceeds 3 months of getting signature we need to go again and get the sign. We have filled forms for 30 people.

How to get ration card? If newly married people are going into a separate family then get the cancellation document of your name from your parents ration card from zonal supply officer. Then apply for new ration card with your zonal supply officer where you are going to reside now. Documents to be attached along with the application are - housing tax document or, electricity bill, address proof, voter ID, with passport size photo. After filing it, concerned officer will directly and inquire about it. Within 1 or 2 months you will be getting new ration card.

I have helped 10 people to get membership card in Vadipatti near Vatthakundu. Among them 5 people have got Rs.1000 in their bank account. Also they have got 15kg rice, oil and lentils. 15 people got the token in Vaagarai village. Today they will get the provisions. Those who didnt get it, they will get it in 2 stage. Money will be credited in bank and you will get the provisions.
Corona virus is shaking the whole world. Before it becomes social infection Govt has announced for lock down. To know whether people who have visited abroad has this infection or not, their areas were isolated and examination is done. 884 people were isolated in their house for 28 houses. Everyone of them visited abroad. Health dept people are visiting and examining them daily. They are seeing for Corona symptoms like cold, cough, flu. Those who are not having any symptoms till 28 days will be no more under isolation. Last week 512 people completed their home quarantine. Another set of 342 people finished their home quarantine of 28 days because of no corona symptoms. Across dist only 30 people are under home quarantine and observation. People are happy that Corona threat is decreasing day by day.

Selected list of Relief materials beneficiaries in 40 villages and information was sent to Executive Coordinator. 3) On the occasion of Dr. Ambedkar's birthday, his photo was garlanded in Kallupatti village. Face masks and sweets were distributed. 4) Datas of people who are searching for job, people who are writing TNPC exams, sanitation workers were collected in Kotthayam and Kallupatti. 5) Interviews were taken with branch incharges in NK radio. 6) From 9th April to 15th April, 713 people called NK radio and 72 people recorded in it. 7) Disinfectant was sprayed in E.Kallupatti village by sanitation workers and Panchayth heads. 8) As part of next week work, we will do preparatory work for relief material distribution, data collection, making 50 people to call and 5 people to record daily in NK radio, recording the complaint by pressing star, recording interviews in NK radio.
