Because they are the one who never knew that something like this will happen so they didnt save anything. They earned and spent whatever they earned. They will not have any savings. They can manage till 10 days with whatever is left at home. but 21 days is difficult for them. Its really sad to know the situation of workers. To stay away from virus we need to be at home and be clean. Avoid going out. We should be alive for our beloved ones.
1) 1.70 crore lakh rupees assistance will be given to cooley workers, also helps will be given to farmers, widows and pensioners under Jan dhan yojana, Rs. 2000 will be transffered to 8.7 crore farmers bank account as first step, Rs. 2000 will be transferred to 5 crore people under NREGA scheme, Old age people, widows and differently abled people will get Rs. 1000 in 2 installments, say Central Financeminsiter Nirmala Seetharaman. 2) Many private banks, Small financial institutions, self help groups, in villages and cities are collecting daily or monthly interest and principle amounts. In present lockdown situation no one is able to go to work. Such collection of money should be stopped till they get next order. Strict action will be taken against anyone found violating this law. 3) Tamilnadu Govt workers union said they will contribute 1 day salary toward corona relief fund.

A person has said that while coming from work, he met with an accident. SO he is seeking for compensation and punishment for the one who has hit them. By the nature of the accident, case will be charged. Traffic police will file it and get the necessary punishment. Compensation will be based on the decision made by tribunal. To stop any kind of violence or Pandemics like this,section 144 is imposed. Starting from today till March 31st 144 is imposed across Tamilnadu. There is nothing much to worry about it. We all know that Corona is spreading day by day. Yeterday 750 people died in Italy. For daily wagers its a difficult time. Their health is their weapon. So take care of your health. It is easily spread. So to stop its spread, it good to isolate ourselves. Doctors say that the symptoms may show even till 28 days. So in this situation its good to isolate ourselves. we have less medical benefits in our country. So its better to follow what Govt says. Essential food and medicines you can buy. You can go and buy it. If you are staying in hostel or staying alone you can order food and eat. There is no restriction about it. You dont have to go and join the crowd and buy things today. When you violate Section 144, you may be filed case and imprisoned for 3 years. Rules of Epidemic law of 1897 is applied now. Under this law any person's house can be searched based on doubt. Govt has this right. As per Essential commodity act 1955 vendors should not increase the price. They may sell it on high cost. If anyone is selling like that you can inform the authorities. Lets follow Section 144. In Madurai a person is infected with this virus. He has nothing to do with any foreign country. So lets take care of our health.
