No one should be allowed to work for straight 10 days without any leave. If a worker is working is working without weekly holiday, compensation should be given to him. P1: Oho!! So rest is must. VM: Yes, it is must!! Rest is must for worker to work with motivation and enthusiasm. Rest improves the quality of your work. Holiday, rest is the right of every worker. Did you get that?
