In the time where bus and trains are not plying, this hike in petrol and diesel is creating burden on the vehicle riders. Both city and village people lack money now. Millions of the families are depended on ration rice. People are forced to commit suicide due the threaten of micro finance companies. The only way for this is, Govt should make some way for the livelihood of people. This is the request on behalf of TLRF.
I am Vasantha from Ottanchathiram. In Palayapatti and Thippampatti there are almost 40 widows. Fr. Devasahayam from Amutha mayyam gave Rs.1000 to 40 women as a relief fund. Fr. Devasahayam got retired and went. On his place Fr. Bhaskar was appointed and he said he will help at his best to the needy people. He gave essential provisions to 10 people in Thippampatti and 5 people in Palayapatti. So I would like to thank Fr. Devasahayam and Fr. Bhaskar.
I am Muneeshwari from Semmalar union. TN has completed 100 days of lock down. And people are in a situation to get loan for interest to eat food and to buy medicine. Ration shops gave free provisions till June month. But this month till now we are yet to get it. In this situation where we are struggling to feed ourselves, micro finance companies are coming home and shouting on us to repay the loan. They are torturing us. RBI said not to ask to repay loan till August, I dont know whether these companies are aware of it or not. If they are not aware of this, Govt should make them aware of it. I request that in this tough time dist collector should concentrate more on this.
I am Arul Kumar from Ambedkar union. We are conducting tuition in a village with a tuition teacher. Due to corona all the students forgot what all they learnt. So I request Govt to put a tuition teacher and conduct class. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I am Deva. Whatever we learnt in school we totally forgot that. In our village there is a teacher. So it should be taught again.
I am Vasantha from Ambedkar union, Ottanchthiram. We got Rs.3 lakh for the small scale business women who are affected due to corona. We thought of giving loan at 1% interest and the amount can be Rs.15000 to Rs.20000. For 3 years, without forcing them they can repay the loan for 0.5% and 1% interest. We have given it to differently abled to needy people. We have given the loan to 15 people amounting Rs.30000. People of Kyakarambu panchayath received the money. Govt is giving Rs.1000 to workers. But we have asked the Govt to pay Rs.9000 per month. We have not brought it to practice. I request on behalf of Ambedkar union to give atleast Rs.5000 to daily wagers.

I am Madurai veeran from Vagarai. The main reason for wide spread corona is opening of TASMAC shops. So far no medicine is found Govt is sleeping. Politicians are blaming each other. Becasue of corona farmers, cooley workers many are unemployed, yesterday 30 youngsters came to me and asked for job. I am just working as a security guard. What is Govt doing?

I am Vasantha from Ottanchathiram. Whatever lock down is implemented we unions will address workers problem. We will try to solve the problems at our best. Kodaimalai union and Aditamilar union, Ottanchathiram Ambedkar union, Semmalar union from Viruthu nagar are constanly doing their work. Even Govt officers are running and hiding themselves with the fear of corona but our union is working to solve the problems of our workers.
