I am Saranya from Kodaikanal, kadaimalai. We were taken from Tirupur based company for work saying its a vests company. But it turned out to be a plastic company. They told us they will give us monthly salary but after going there they said salary will be given only if we stay there for 6 months. When we came back to home they didnt pay us salary. They just gave Rs.1500 for expenses. I am Nataraj from Ambedkar union. TN Govt is giving Pongal gifts to construction workers. We have helped almost 50 construction workers who have registered with us in getting Pongal gift. Nataraj Talks About Self-Confidence

I am Nataraj from Ambedkar union. There is an information from Dindugal welfare office. All applications for registration, renewal are accepted in the month of December. There is no need to go directly. Union will write the names of applicants in union letter head. And give along with union seal before 3rd December. Its a great opportunity for us. Those who have linked their phone names in adhar card their names can be given on 3rd December.

I am Mariyammal from Ambedkar union. We went to change adhar card and linked phone number. Earlier we needed VO sign for any changes. Within 2 days the system changed and asking for panchayath head sign. But they are not signing and taking us on a ride. If we take the token once , next time we are not given the token and only 1 person can meet with one token. Yesterday we went and added a phone number. Today they are saying since you came yesterday we can’t give token today. So our work is not done completely. So I think token system should be removed.

I am Abhinaya I am 19 years old. I am studying BA 2nd year History. Caste is something which we have created to separate people. A person should live for his self respect, awareness, discipline, education. People shouldnt live for caste or God. I dont believe in caste or God. In next election i will vote for the one who supports humanity not casteism.

I am Vennila from Kallupatti. I didnt know about gram sabha. Nataraj told about gram sabha and its importance. After knowing that we found the basic needs and prepared petition. We gave the petition to panchayath heads. As a result of it road work is on.

I am Nataraj from Ambedkar union. Condemning the rape of dalit girl and seeking justice for the same online protest was conducted on 4th October via zoom conducted by All women federation. On behalf of Ambedkar union Ms.Mariyammal attended the protest. At 6pm zoom meeting about sexual harassments was conducted and Nataraj from Ambedkar union, Prof. Semmalar, Sundaravalli attended the meeting. The reason for all these is casteism. So casteism should be removed. The only way for that that is to follow the wys of DR Ambedkar's path. I really liked this view. The meeting was really useful and got to know more about whats happening in UP.
