I am Thandapani. Those who are old and those who are low in immune please stay at home. Also there is a free number for differently abled people. Every panchayath is giving necessary help for differently abled people. For those who cant go out to get the provisions from ration shop, they are delivering at home. For the differently abled who can go to ration will get things without making them wait for long time. If any differently abled has to go out, they will be given pass with your ID card. You can go wherever you can. Lets stay home and stay safe
