2018817 / 2018921 I am Rakammal. Sanitary workers of Sathur taluk SM colony are in a situation to go to work. Awareness was given to them to keep themselves safe and wear safety equipment for the betterment of them and their family. ------------------------------------------------------ I am Thangammal from Mangalamkombu. I am a cooley worker and I get wages of Rs.170. I am alone in my family. I dont get work all 7 days. I get only 3-4 days. 17 days I go to work. I have so many needs since i am alone i am not able to manage. At present i am not able to buy any soap. Since i am alone i was not given smart card. I dont get monthly rice. I get ration rice for Rs.10 per KG. I want rice, lentils and Rs. 1000. --------------------------------------------------------- I am Dhanamani from Ambedkar union. More than corona people may die due to hunger. I dont know what to do for this. Rs. 1000 given by Tamilnadu Govt i not sufficient. There is no one to give a bottle of water to sanitary workers. They are working for us. Even polices and doctors are working hard by leaving their family. They are working for us. So youngsters, pregnant women, and others our life is in our hands. If you want to give a bright future for your next generation, then please follow Govt rule. My request to state and central Govt is, Rs. 1000 is not sufficient. There are 4-5 people in family. They are struggling. We are scared of Ration rice. Its like Kerala rice. we are not able to swallow it. Kids are not eating it. So central and state Govt should consider and help unorganized workers
