I am secretary in All India construction worker union and also Consultant in TN unorganised workers union. Now the main problem is, Central Govt is removing all the laws in the name of Set of laws. We are in a dangerous situation. We have formed a Joint Action Group, joining Central union and other unions. State Govt can help children in studying rather that doing that they have exams to fail them asking whether they have studied or not. Its a useless thing. Thats what they are going to do for 5th and 8th std. Now they have banned it. Very good thing. But it should be permanent ban. This is our request. Because in labour's point of view, if they are writing and getting failed, surely they will not re-write the exam. They will be dropped out.
