I am Kavitha from Sanarpatti. I am going to talk about IDcard and job permanency. ID cards must be given to all the workers of garment factory without fail. All the workers who have completed 450 days of work in 2 years, should be made as permanent staffs. Especially women's work should be made permanent and ll the labour welfare schemes should be given.
