I am Kala from Ambattur. 10 questions were asked in UK about domestic helpers and I was able to answer for only 4 questions. I am working in 3 houses and getting low wages. I am unable to ask for salary hike. Even they are not thinking of increasing the salary. If we ask the owners are saying there are people who are working for lower than this salary. I am getting Rs.1000 and 1500. I work in 3 houses. It will be good if Govt passes order to increase the wages. Construction workers get 500 to 1000. It will be good if Govt passes order to increase the wages. It will be good for people like me who are hesitant to ask for salary hike.
