I am Shenbagavalli from Vyasarpadi. I was not well. Now from past 10 days i am feeling better. I was affected with Dengue fever. Now i am recovering. Today i heard one of our friend was sharing in UK that 10 people were asking that you people are asking for Adhar card, you will get loan from adhar card. She was asking how can she face this situation. There is no problem at all my dear friend. Meet 10 other people in that same area and show them the example of 2. If you do so, such doubtful people will come and join the union.
I am Karpagam from Perumbakkam. Hello Annadurai sir. One of our members has gone to a work 5 years back, where PF and ESI was deducted. They are given only 2months months amount that is Rs.900 something. But 2 years she has worked there and ESI and PF has been deducted. She told me that 2 years the amount was deducted but they gave only 2 months amount. Can PTS do something about this. Since i work as a domestic helper, i am not aware of this. So i am asking this as question and expecting the answer from you.

Hello Sujatha Mody mam, i have already registered in UK that when i was working in Crocodile park in Chennai, to take revenge on me, I was blamed about talking ill about Mohana Sundaram. They did a internal investigation with Adv. Hariharan. I asked document of Mohana Sundaram and standing order. I didnt get both. But Adv. Hariharan told to give standing order and copy of Mohana Sundaram on 10th. But they didnt give me on 10th. Its 12 now. They gave me the copy of Mohana sundaram. When i asked manager, he said this is what they gave. In the letter Mohana Sundam has written that every year i talk about people like this. Wherin last year during Ayuda pooja i was on leave. The reason for this grudge on me is, Mohana Sundaram left the union. Once Mohana Sundaram came to my house and told me, Institution director Alwin yesudas is asking you to come out of union. Let workers mind their work and you mind your work. I told its not possible. Labours welfare is important for us. I told that i will tell this to workers. But i never shared about this to anyone. Now they want to take revenge on me and putting false accusation on me. Kumari has joined with Mohana Sundaram. Kumari used to gossip about others to me. I used to scold and tell not to come near my shop if you want to gossip about others. Because of this they are putting a false accusation on me. They are saying last year i did the same thing. But last year i was on leave. Now they want to send me out of work because i am in union and i am secretary. I have helped workers to get permanent work, bonus, salary hike. For this Mohana Sundaram has planned and accused me. The main reason for this is Director Alwin. For everything he gives notice. I want PTS to intervene and get me the solution. A request to Sujatha Mody, its a planned trap which happened during Ayudha pooja. They have planned it. i was standing quietly. The main reason for this is, they want to dissolve union. Already Alwin yesudas has sent Mohana Sundaram to me so that i should step out of union. Just because i said no, they are taking revenge on me. A woman worker is facing such situation. I am losing my mental peace. PTS should intervene and find solution.
I am Dhanalakshmi from PTS. Before Diwali we have given pamphlets about giving bonus to domestic helpers. We have given the pamphlet to many people. But we don’t know whether you have got the full bonus or half bonus or not. Many people didn’t share about it. We have asked for 1 month salary as bonus. If you share whether you have got the bonus or what challeges did you face, we can take action for that.
