I am Pusparani. Palani Bharati mam told about Maharastra court Verdict. A 39 year old man tried to sexually harass 12 year old girl. Even holding a girl's hand is equal to sexually harassing her. Such verdicts will increase the crime. Girls will be scared to go out. Verdict is really wrong. That too from lady judge is not acceptable.
