I am Srinivasan from Tambaram area. I worked in Vijay garments for 8.4 years. Without giving any proper reasons, they sent me out of work. While i was struggling without knowing what to do, i joined union in Chrompet under the leadership of Sujatha mam and Dhanalakshmi mam. After joining i got good results. The case was supposed to get over last month but they postponed it. Verbally they told me that they will not give me any benefits and they sent me out. But now they gave me 5 months salary and compromised with me and sent me. Thanks to Sujatha mam and Dhanalakshmi mam. I request everyone to join union and get the benefits.
