G: I was living in Mauritius. K: What kind of work were you doing? G: I went as a patient care so my work is to give medicines, giving them bath, making breakfast for them, taking care of their diet. They had separate person for domestic help. K: When you do such kind of work, if you are not well, will they take care of you? Or will they force you to work? G: No its not like that. If we are not well, they take us to hospital and take care. K: What about leave and salary? G: Salary will be credited in our account but we cannot expect leaves. Its not that we have to take care 24/7/ they sleep in the afternoon and night. Even domestic help is the same, just the way we work at home, we work there. K: Here domestic helpers salary is low, do you think the salary you get is sufficient? G: They give all the necessary things and on top of it they give rs.35000 salary. K: Thank you. Now which country are you going to? G: I have applied for Dubai. K: How many days are you going to stay and what work you will be doing there? G: I am going there through a known person so i have got visiting visa. So in the same way when you go there in visiting visa, just know who are they, where do they live, is it safe to go. And ask for ECR passport. Only if we get clearance we will be allowed inside the airport. Women should go with safety. So better take ECR and get the clearance.
