Padma: I am Cholan nagar incharge Padmavathy. I have asked for pension. But they said that i am not old enough. I am 50 year old now. I am expecting for pension. In the same way there are many widows. They are asking for pension. Many are not getting that Rs.1000 pension amount. It will be great if they get Rs.3000. They are asking me to talk to madam and arrange to give Rs.3000. Since Modi is selected now, they are expecting to get Rs. 3000. Rs.1000 is not sufficient. Many young widows, they are not able to study and they are doing domestic help. They are unable to pay rent. Santhanamari: You are saying that there are many widows in your area. Already we have taken a survey. But now again the same Govt is elected so you are saying it will be good if they give Rs.3000 pension. For many there education is getting affected. They are unable to send their kids to school. They are unable do anything with single income. You are saying that there are many widows in your area. What can we do next. Padma: We expect that they will give pension for 50 year old. By the time they reach 55 years, they are no more. Many commit suicide because they are unable to study their kids. So they are expecting pension at the age of 50. Its been 21 years that i a in this city, people are asking me but even i have not received it. But people are asking me to arrange for them. Union is fighting for many things but Govt has not taken any decision. Even i am asking madam that i am 50 year old but i am not getting pension.
