Hello Ma, From where are you coming? And what work are you doing? Usha: I am coming from Ambattur Kallikuppam. I am a tailor. Kani: How long you have been a member in PTS? Usha: From past 12 years i am a member. Kani: Oh 12 years!! Thats great. In these 12 years, what did you learn by joining PTS? Usha: When i came to Union i was hesitant and scared too. But the madam there, gave us good motivation and guided us so well. She answered all our queries. We are satisfied and become brave. We have confidence that if we come here we will get the solution for everything. Kani: ok. You are getting the pension from past 1 year. In the month of April they asked every pensioner to give the life certificate. What did you understand on that? Usha: I have already submitted it. That is a proof to show that we are alive. The Govt is asking this to know that we are alive. I got it the certificate from union and went to Govt doctor and got the signature and submitted in Tiruvallur. You all too register it, so that you will get monthly pension. Kani: You said it right. Thats how the life certificate should be given. Are you listening to Urimai kural daily?
