I am coming from Kovilampakkam. I am working in Celebrity company from past 16 years. I am working as an operator. We 14 members demanded for bonus. We asked for only 1 day. But the next day they suspended us from work. An internal investigation is happening now. They gave half salary initially, later they gave 75% of salary and now we are getting full salary. We are also going for investigation. We are getting salary by being at home. We are getting it through union. We still have the confidence that after investigation we will go back to our work.
