Friends, today after many days, I am connected again with Hamari Vaani (Our Voice platform). Here’s my issue: I have created a UPI (Unified Payments Interface) ID in the City Union Bank using the Ultra Kranti Voice App. I have set up everything, but I am not able to do mobile recharges or balance transfers. I don’t know what the problem is. If anyone knows what the issue might be, please record your response on Hamari Vaani and let me know. Now, a word for Munna Lal Bharti ji — elder brother, you do give information, no doubt, but sometimes you add extra things or keep repeating the same question. Brother, these days, recharge is costly, and it’s hard for the blind community to manage. So when you provide information, please try to be straightforward and clear.
