Hello friends, good evening! My name is Naresh Kumar and I’m from Hisar, Haryana. I am 100% blind, and I want to connect directly. This is regarding Ravi ji’s question – he is asking how to link his mobile number with his Aadhaar card. So, I would like to share the information. Brother, please do one thing: Either go online or visit an Aadhaar Seva Kendra (Aadhaar service center). When you go there, take your Aadhaar card and the mobile number you want to register. Tell them that you want to link your mobile number with your Aadhaar card. They will take your fingerprints – four fingers from each hand will be scanned on a machine. Then, they will take your photograph and also scan your eyes (iris scan). After that, they will ask for your mobile number, and it will be registered with your Aadhaar. Once registered, it usually takes 4 to 5 days, or sometimes 7 to 8 days for the number to be fully updated. One more important thing: The number you register – please keep it as your permanent/personal number. Do not keep changing your number again and again, because that creates a lot of problems. Once your number is successfully registered, they will give you a receipt/slip – keep that slip safely. After your number is registered, you can also take a printout of your updated Aadhaar, where the number will be shown. I hope the information I’ve provided is helpful to all of you.
