Hello friends, greetings and good afternoon to all listeners of Hamari Vaani. My name is Naresh Kumar, and I am a 100% visually impaired person from Hisar, Haryana. Mamta ji, I heard your question regarding age correction, which was originally asked to Munnalal Bharti ji, and I am trying to answer it based on my knowledge. If your age is incorrect in your Aadhaar card and you want it to match your 10th marksheet, then you should update it according to the age mentioned in your 10th certificate. For this, first you need to visit the Tehsil office, where you will get a form. Usually, a lawyer helps fill out the form, and it may cost around ₹300–₹400. After completing that process, you should visit a Jan Seva Kendra or Aadhaar center with your 10th marksheet. There, your biometric verification will be done, and your age details can be corrected in the Aadhaar card according to your marksheet. You also asked about the age limit for jobs. For many PwD vacancies, especially Group D railway jobs, the age limit can go up to 42 years. In some other government vacancies, there may be additional age relaxation, sometimes even beyond that depending on the category and rules. Thank you.
