Hello, this is Parvez Sharid from Umeed Foundation. Our organization has been working across India for the past 15 years to support persons with disabilities by providing medical equipment, health check-ups, counseling, and livelihood support—completely free of cost. As a new initiative, on 31st March, we will distribute 300+ assistive devices including Smart Canes and Smart Glasses free of cost for visually impaired persons. The smart glasses help in navigation, reading, and understanding surroundings through mobile connectivity, while the smart cane provides vibration alerts for obstacles.
