Hello, I am Shashikant. On this sacred platform of ours, I am sending my message of well-being from Bhojpur district of Bihar, and I pray to God for the well-being of all of you. Through this platform, I offer my respectful greetings to all our elders, teachers, and senior brothers and sisters, and my warm regards to our younger brothers and sisters. After a long interval, I have received the opportunity to serve again. Preparations for the examinations are also going on, and I thank you all very much for continuously helping one another and striving to solve every problem together. It is unfortunate that at present, for about one to one and a half months, work may not be possible. However, today I got a wonderful opportunity to send this message. Among us today, we once again heard a living, immortal voice — a voice that had taken a pledge to bring light into the lives of millions of our दिव्यांग (differently-abled), especially our visually impaired brothers and sisters, and to bring them out of four walls and help them reach great heights. Hearing that voice again made it feel as though even if the flower is no longer there, its fragrance still remains. Although Geeta Ma’am is not physically among us today, her affectionate and sisterly voice felt as though it was encouraging and blessing us to keep moving toward the summit. Once again, I bow respectfully at her feet. From the bottom of my heart, her voice always inspires me to keep moving forward and to continue fulfilling her resolve. Because of the pledge she took, today lakhs of our young brothers and sisters — even from villages, homes, and remote areas — have been able to step forward and move toward a brighter future.
