The question I had asked about my mobile phone—about it not telling time in minutes but only in hours—I have now received the answer. Since I changed the language to English, it has started telling the time in minutes as well. So the information given to me was absolutely correct. Thank you very much for the guidance. Earlier, when it was in Hindi, it only used to give a general announcement and not the exact minutes. I also have an old IT mobile phone which already tells the time in minutes. This new mobile phone of mine now also tells the time in minutes.
