I am Mr. Shiv Kumar from Tehsil Banogarh, MP and I am visually impaired. I want to say that everyone should have knowledge about Braille. Without Braille, visually impaired people remain illiterate. Therefore, Braille should be widely promoted. People should join Hamari Vaani, and its monthly magazine should be made available in every district, free of cost, so that visually impaired people do not remain illiterate. Thank you.
