You can do a reset by entering eight zeros (00000000) or using the password 1234. If it’s a smartphone (touchscreen phone), then you can reset it using the volume buttons. You’ll need to press and hold all three buttons together — the volume buttons and the power button. Press and hold them properly. From there, you can reset the phone.
