Anish Kumar Verma called from Deori, Giridih to talk about gender gap and Women empowerment. He pointed out that the widening gender gap is responsible for many other social complexities and it requires some immediate remedy. He believe more initiatives are required to bring Women to the forefront, stringent laws to defend her from any form violence in the society. He gave an instance of legendary brave heart Jhansi Ki Rani who choose the sword to fight the colonial rulers to defend her empire. Women should keep that spirit up and Work at par Men equally in all spheres.
