Vasudev Turi from Nawadih, Bokaro called to inform the listeners of JMR about women's social status on 21st century. He commented that 21st century is termed as the age of women's empowerment but there are still many loopholes in our society that needs amendment for realizing this dream. Apart from aiding industrialization and economic growth, urbanization, cultural liberalization, the government also needs to focus on all round development of woman, making her free from the evils of social insecurity, gender disparity, female foeticide etc. so that her identity remains sustainable.
