Semant Kumar from Lesliganj block of Palamu district called up to complain against the Jharkhand Small Industry Association. He said that he took training in the organisation for two years and as of yet he didnot receive and certificate or acknowledgement on completion of the course. When questioning the Director he promised to provide the certificates as soon as possible but it seems quite unpredictable of the Director who keeps on changing his version of promise every now and then.
