Akhtar Hussain from Chowda, Tiruldi, Seraikella-Kharsawan called up to suggest the Jharkhand Government to learn some tricks from the Bihar Government, since the Para Teachers of Bihar are paid the same wages but they haven't gone on strike like the Jharkhand Para Teachers, whose strike has paralysed the entire education system of Jharkhand.
