During the meeting, it was discussed that the groundwater level has been gradually decreasing, which could lead to a dangerous situation for future generations. In order to ensure a safe life for the future generations, we should stop wasting water and start conserving it, after that sato handwashing station also distributed which is very innovative idea to conserve the water, where in 1 liter of water minimum 5 members of a family can wash their hands easily.

Before and after using pads, we should clean our hands thoroughly with hand wash and carry a sanitizer with us for any necessary use. Handwashing should be a daily routine for everyone, as cleanliness leads to a healthy life. One of the crucial things we often ignore is white discharge. If you are facing this problem, it is essential to consult a gynecologist right away. Avoid using hot water and Dettol to wash, as it can increase the risk of infection. We should take care of ourselves and prioritize our health.
Subhlaxmi Sahoo, an adolescent girl from Trinath Sahi ward no 38, shared on IVRS that I’m 12 years old attend a Kishore Balika meeting organized by the Child Care Center. In this meeting, I learned about the good touch and bad touch. This knowledge helps me to handle any challenging situations that may arise at school, during tuition, or even within my family.
Swarnaprabha Saho, an adolescent girl, shared her thoughts about good touch and bad touch on IVRS. She spoke about the uncomfortable situations that can arise when someone touches us inappropriately, such as on the thigh or shoulder. These incidents can happen anywhere like - at school, during tuition, or even within our own families. Sadly, it's often someone we trust, like a relative, who may cross these boundaries. We have the right to say "NO" when our boundaries are violated.
Priyadarsini Routray, an adolescent girl from ward 38 shared about nutrition on IVRS that in this adolescent period nutrition is much more important to live a better life, because in this adolescent period we got our 1 st period, so that we need vitamins and nutrition food, and avoid to eat sweets in early morning and empty stomach which may increase the cholesterol in the body leads to heart disease.
Subhradipa Mohanta, an adolescent girl from ward no 38 shared on IVRS that at the age of 10 to 19 the adolescent periods started, in this period their are many changes will occured like breast size increases, hips will get wider, hairs start grow under arms, mood swings, pimples in face.

Muni Pradhan from Ward 38 Balitota Sahi has shared feedback on the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) regarding a situation in their area. Previously, the residents used water from a well for domestic purposes. However, the government later provided a supply of water. Unfortunately, when a large apartment was constructed nearby and the apartment owner dug a borewell. As a result, the well water became dry and the well is now not in functional condition. Which is difficult to survive in extreme weather and when the supply water is stop.
