Waste collection vehicle was not arrived.
Gitanjali Pradhan, a woman from Sitaram Basti Ward 49, registered her feedback on Janhit Vaani about the solid waste management. She mentioned that the waste collection vehicle was not coming to collect the waste, which forced the residents to dump the waste on the road.
T. Puturaj, the father of a person with a disability from ward 42, shared that he tried to get a wheelchair for his daughter. After struggling, with the help of CFAR, he managed to get a wheelchair for her daughter.
Sradhanjali Gouda, A community member from Gudiatota Sahi shared through IVRS that there was a discussion with the WATCO officer about the insufficient supply of water for domestic and drinking purposes in Gudiatota Sahi in the review meeting which was organised in date June 9, 2024. This scarcity affected at least 20 households on normal days. Following the review meeting, after two months, there was a significant improvement in the water supply. Currently, there is a round-the-clock supply of water, and the community is no longer facing water scarcity issues.
Niki Naik from Gudiatota Sahi, Ward 49 shared that our drain was clogged with waste, causing improper flow of wastewater and rainwater, resulting in stagnant water at the roadside. However, the drain was cleaned a week ago, and the stagnant water has now stopped.

Sushma Pradhan, an SSC member from Gudiatota Sahi, Ward 49, shared through IVRS that during a review meeting in the presence of officials, it was discussed that the water supply was not being provided properly and the drains were clogged with waste and not cleaned. Since the drains are uphill from the houses, water was coming inside the houses. Following the meeting, the drains were cleaned before the monsoon season and the water supply was also improved, providing sufficient water for daily use.
