These found as half portion are under earth and another half visible outside of the mud. This taste like meat. This is very healthy food, gives us energy.

We can found these in jungles. Women collect these mushrooms and cook by adding turmeric powder and salt. This tastes very good as well as very healthy.
Echhamati Hapi from Budadani village of Tudipaju panchayat of phulbani block of Kandhamal district, we collect Majaridimba mushrooms and cook, also added onion, garlic, tomato, masalas etc in that dish. Mostly these mushrooms can found in odia month jyestha, but due to irregular rain still we can't found these mushrooms this year.
