Amulya Pradhan from Daringbadi block of Kandhamal district saying about the how to cook small fish in traditional methods. We are cooking it by mixing up finger Millet powered. First we catch the fish and dried with mixed up finger Millet powered in a two to three days then we cook. We also put in this salt and turmeric powder only the taste is good And also before no more spices using in kitchen care so they cooked only using turmeric powder and salt but now the people using different spices and masala also.
