Salita Sunamajhi from Dasingbadi panchayat of Daringbadi block of Kandhamal district saying about the arum veggies curry preparation. First we collect the arum leaves in the side of river,pond. Then we making rounded rounded with the arum veggies then we boil a water in a pot then now put veggies and broken rice and two to three pod of tamarind. After 30 to 40 minutes we check it we also stir it time to time for good taste. We add the tamarind for removing itching parts in the veggies.
