Salita Sunamajhi from Daringbadi block of Dasingbadi panchayat of Kandhamal district saying about the how to burning brinjal. We all burnt it brinjal in the fire as well as normal but first we divided it four sided in inner except both tip of the brinjal. Then we put the cutting place garlic,green chili and burning fire then we making a chatni which good taste to mouth.
