Prabhasini jani from Dutipada ,khajuripada,kandhmal saying about recipe of Indian sweet called gulab jam. Fry some atta in ghee. Then transfer them in to another place. Then make sugar syrup. Make dough from that fried atta with some warm milk. When the dough is prepared make small balls from this. Then deep fry the balls in oil until this turned to brown color. Then remove these balls from oil and put in sugar syrup for few minutes. Now our Gulab Jamun is ready.
