Mandakini pradhan from katabadi village,partamaha ,daringbadi,kandhmal saying about cow peas they first collect these cow peas and dry them under sun light. They separate the seeds. Then again dry the seeds under sun light. Then they fry these seeds without oil then make daal from this. Then they cook daal with salt, turmeric etc.
