Manswini tripathy from Phulbani ,kanhdmla saying about recipe of eggplant . Take a brinjal and wash it properly. Then cut it in 4 and mix this with some turmeric powder and salt.Deep fry them in oil. Take another pan, put there some oil, cumin seeds, onion and 3/4 chopped tomatoes and stir this properly. Then add there fried brinjal. On the lid and leave this for 10 to 15 minutes. Then pour little amount of water. When this cooked properly remove the pan from stove. Now the dish is ready.
