Gayatri tripathy from Phulbani ,Kandhamal saying about recipe of arum fry. Boiled arums, turmeric powder, chili powder, masala powder, cumin powder, salt and rice flour. Mix all the spices and rice flour in a bowl, add there so e water and mix them well. Make a thick batter. Add there boiled arum. Put a pan on stove, heat some oil then put the mixed arum on that pan. Fry this properly. Then consume. This is very healthy.
