You all mostly consuming fish, meat, etc but green leaf are most needed to our body. Green leaf are good for eyes, stomach and body. You know the one type of green leaf which is kalama saag in Local language it's found in river, stream, and land side. It's giving good taste by making curry,now I'm share how to make curry. WE collect Kalama saag, garlic, onion,green chili, mustard oil. First we wash the veggies and cutting piece by piece then grind the garlic and cut the onion by sharp,. Then we most used either fire wood or gas for Cook. First we take a pan and cook the kalama saag with put only salt then after sometime we exchange the cooking veggies. Then boil the pan and put oil then put garlic,chilli then frying sometimes. After seems brown color we put onion,green chili then put kalama saag and keeping some time then we check out middle period. It's good for health.
