First we collect chiken, moong dal or either peas dal,cumin, curds, Fenugreek grinding mustard, ginger, garlic chilli, powder, turmeric powder, salt, Oil cinnamon, cloves, onion,bay leaves,cardamom. First we boiling the pan and put dries chilli, mustard, cumin, Fenugreek and frying sometimes then put onion , garlic and fry sometimes then put chiken and also before frying dal also put then keep 5 minutes to cook. Then put taste wise salt, turmeric, then keep 1p minutes until completely cooked. Then put cords then mix properly and keeping 5 minutes. Now ready chiken dal.
