We should drink kadha for boosting immunity. You can make it at home itself. For making kadha we need bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, ginger, rock candy, basil leaves and salt. If you want to make 2 cups of kadha, then pour 4 cups of water in a pan, boil the water. When it's starts boiling add 1 bay leaf, 2 cardamom, 1.5 inch cinnamon, 4 cloves, ginger paste 1 spoon, little amount of black pepper powder, rock candy otherwise you can use jaggery and 10 basil leaves. Let it boil. When it started boiling leave this for few minutes in simmer and on the lid. So that the components of these ingredients can't go outside. Leave it for 20 minutes, then remove the pan from stove. Now the kadha is ready to sip.
