Sahadev Bhoi from Jariguda village of Koraput dist saying about the medicinal properties and uses of kendu. They raw fruits ripping in the method of traditional ways. This is a Summer seasonal food they also preserved it. WE collect it in the forest. We didn't ate seed we consume it gets nutrition. We raw kendu collect and also take leaves and out one pot and keeping it three to four days then after ripened we consume. We Also keep the seeds dried sunlight.
